.BUSINESS PLAN – SHORT OVERVIEW
In the world of making films you cannot attach anyone referred to as “A” Talent without the proof of funding to do business. Most of the names mentioned have been contacted to peak interest, but nothing can be finalized until there is funding to do business.
My objective is to bring in the funding as a producer and as the author stay in creative control. This way I can oversee from my personal passion the success of the film. A joint venture would be set up in a co-producer arrangement with an established producer such as someone like my first choice, Ron Howard.
Once I have someone working with me like someone at the level of expertise like Ron Howard or perhaps “A” director / producer Wolfgang Peterson (“Airforce One”, “Independence Day” and “A Perfect Storm” are some of his films), everything falls into place through someone like them, smooth as clockwork. Distribution deals are then easy to pursue.
With “A” Talent, large screen distribution is mandatory as in speaking with Jack Nicholson’s agent. He will not take a roll in a film without a large screen distribution deal in place.
The script is ready subject to whatever changes are needed according to what “A” stars are attached.
Most everything has been well thought out for the film, along with some preliminary approval for publicity from a major company who has publicized other films that have been number one.
